- Successfully rolled out two different Electronic Learning Management Systems (eLMS) using Kaplan's ComplianceWire for regulated content, and SumTotal e-Learning for commercial applications to twelve locations worldwide.
- Implemented an Electronic Dossier Registration Library for Marketing Authorization Access (MAA) in Western Europe in partnership with a leading industry vendor. The goal of the system was to collect regional regulatory documentation into a single repository coming from multiple sources (paper, local electronic files, custom repositories, etc), and to provide the means to assess compliance with the current local laws, keep track of remediation plans as-necessary, and maintain compliance going forward. The final product went on to become a commercially available offering in the vendor’s suite of products.
- Working with a leading industry vendor, managed the development of a custom system to develop a global repository of product printed materials (product labels, package inserts, etc) and to provide electronic routing and approval tracking for all changes. The resulting templates became part of the vendor solutions for pharma companies.
- Started a grass root effort for the implementation of an Enterprise Project Management program. The program at its fourth year has led to standardized project management templates and introduced a more disciplined approach to delivering technology projects.
- Devised an interface between the supply chain system, the LIMS of the European logistics hubs, and the master manufacturing formulas document repository to produce of Analysis declarations (COA) along with the necessary regulatory documentation for exportation of shipments to the different countries and markets.
