  • PM will ensure that detailed plans are developed, communicated, and then tracked as work is executed.

  • With vendor and tech assistance, able to identify what product offerings are available for each site, and what additional remediation steps (ordering local voice circuits, ordering phones, ordering local voice gateways, etc.) and what delays (procurement, customs/delivery, local sourcing, telco processing time, construction) are related to those remediation steps.
  • Able to identify sites that would be outliers as defined in #3 ahead of time, with enough time to work remediation activities prior to a failure.
  • With vendor and tech assistance able to explain to the business why particular product offerings are not offered or are not suitable for a given site. i.e. local laws regarding SIP trunking, requiring PRI and local gateways for delivering local telephone numbers, poor internet circuit, poor WAN circuit, etc.
  • Size the amount of vendor assistance with user training, phone-on-desk deployment, day one support, etc. per site.
