Responsible for tailoring existing Confidential best practices for project and operational management to suit the needs of the Project Management team.

Once the preliminary meetings are held to determine the scope, purpose and goals of the project a high level spreadsheet will be created to define the responsibilities of the personnel involved and the projected delivery date of the deliverables.
Responsible for development, coaching, and mentoring of DBM team members as appropriate.
Team meetings will be held on a periodic basis depending on the scope and magnitude of the project(s) and will be prioritized and completed as per the request of Upper management so ALL personnel involved are on the same page.
5+ years of Team leadership experience of with team sizes of 3+
Solid experience (10+ yrs.) & expertise in Data Center project management.
I have coordinated 80 - 120 personnel in numerous successful DR events. This includes Operations personnel, Systems, Applications, Network, etc. for a 48 hour Production recovery event.
Capable of simultaneously managing activities at multiple sites under multiple projects.
I am very experienced at multi-tasking given the criteria and direct responsibilities to complete the task(s) in a timely manner.
