Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master on an effort to create a system for improving Cash Management reporting for an Financial Investment company.
- This Project involved the development of a single web application to provide previously unavailable transparency into Cash Flow and Cash transactions.
- Designed to be utilized by Customer Representatives and Investment Managers, so far there have been 3 successful releases of the Cash Management application to production.
- My contribution included facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
- The daily scrum, story grooming and refining sessions, iteration planning, iteration review and retrospectives, as well as resolving dependencies and removing blockers, that were characteristic of a highly matrixed organization.
