Responsibilities:

Scrum Master on an effort to create a system for improving Cash Management reporting for an Financial Investment company.
This Project involved the development of a single web application to provide previously unavailable transparency into Cash Flow and Cash transactions.
Designed to be utilized by Customer Representatives and Investment Managers, so far there have been 3 successful releases of the Cash Management application to production.
My contribution included facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
The daily scrum, story grooming and refining sessions, iteration planning, iteration review and retrospectives, as well as resolving dependencies and removing blockers, that were characteristic of a highly matrixed organization.
The tool for Reporting and managing the effort was IBM’s Rational Team Concert (RTC).
