Program Manager - Task Order Operations

Responsibilities:
  • Managed staff of 20 professionals that enforce standardization of processes across the Task Order, provide services directly to projects and maintains the infrastructure for the development environments.
  • Implemented means for cross PMO team communication to improve support efficiency to work orders.
  • Lowered costs at the Task Order level from 17% to roughly 13% of the total contract cost.
  • Drafted and recommended policies that are approved by the Program Manager.
  • Reviewed and approved all contract modifications requests with respect to completeness, estimation methodology and opportunity.
  • Re-invigorated the Task Order metrics program in several months after much stagnation.
  • This included new charge code structures, data clean-up, and implementation of an APEX tool.
