- Characterized and prepared silicon germanium oxide ( Confidential ) thin films for uncooled infrared microbolometers
- RF magnetron sputtering using simultaneous deposition from silicon and germanium targets in an argon and oxygen environment.
- Studied electrical properties as function of oxygen (up to 10%) and silicon (up to 20-30%) using Temperature Controlled Resistivity Device.
- Studied physical properties using EDS/SEM and analyzed patterns of TCR with respect to the composition.
- Studied Digital Satellite receiver, MPEG format, Dish antenna (C, Ku band), Mother Board, Switched mode Power supply (SMPS)
- Hardware and software issues, VHF and UHF modulators. Hands on experience working with Confidential ( Confidential ) packing.
