• Managed the infrastructure and technical migration components of a 19 million data center migration, consolidation and infrastructure refresh project for a leading biotechnology organization. The project consisted of the migration of 142 applications residing on 560 servers through the virtualization of over 90 of servers. A private cloud infrastructure was implemented utilizing a FlexPod solution consisting of Cisco UCS and NetApp storage.
• Managed a 9 million enterprise storage hardware refresh and consolidation project supporting the merger of two biotechnology organizations. The project consists of installing EMC storage hardware Symmetrix, Clariion and Celerra and the migration 600 servers to the new storage.
• Managed the infrastructure consolidation of two business units consolidating with a major east coast facility.

• A leading global manufacturer of industrial belting, power transmission and motion control components with locations in the United States and the United Kingdom 50M annual revenues, 300 employees.
• Directed the centralization of an unorganized, decentralized technology organization resulting in improved business alignment, customer service and effectiveness of the IT organization.
• Developed a strategic technology plan and implemented a technology governance structure, including service level agreements, to ensure business and technology alignment.
• Redesigned the support structure of the core ERP system resulting in a 35 reduction in support costs.

• The successful implementation of a new order fulfillment system consisting of SAP SD, APO and BW, a Manufacturing Execution System, Sterling Integrator EDI software and 4warder Transportation Planning software for six facilities in North America.
• Business Process Standardization of the North American and European processes.

• Developed and implemented a technology vision, strategy and formal technology governance framework to ensure the alignment of the technology strategies, initiatives and investments with the business requirements.
• Aggressively managed an operating budget in excess of 13 million, which led to a 13 reduction in controllable expenses while supporting increasingly complex systems.
• Implemented the Program Management Office for a 49 million business transformation initiative that resulted in the successful implementation of SAP R/3 4.6C SD,MM,PP,FI,CO , enterprise application integration software, an e-commerce platform and website, a new organization design, and the development of a sales and operations planning process. The project was delivered on time, 8 under budget and with no business interruptions.
