EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

During my past 20 years of Instructional Design experience and contracting I have been able to create courses whether the delivery is on - line, virtual, classroom facilitated or a blended learning approach.
Some of these skills which I believe have made me a success are the ability to build relationships with the people I am working with and to formulate a plan of what the customer’s success looks like at the end and implement that plan.
I am very organized and believe my communication skills are above average.
