Responsibilities:

• Managed multiple projects successfully and followed SDLC process, while identifying and recording changes as it happens in an environment where changes happen very frequently
• Executed Revenue Assurance project successfully which involved development of business intelligence reports (using Microsoft BI tools) to perform revenue assurance validations aimed at early identification and prevention of revenue leakage.
