Virtual App VAPP Merchant Boarding, Amex Boarding

Virtual App VAPP is a tool used to board merchants across various geographies and boarding platforms. It provides the users a set of websites on which details of a merchant and its hierarchies are collected and various PDF agreements such as Merchant Processing Agreement, Lease Agreement, etc. are generated. Merchant Boarding is the process of setting up relationship between a merchant and FDMS. In addition to the website, there are background processes which run on the Mobile Agent Boxes Servers . These processes manage the lifecycle of each application submitted taking it from the point where the user submits the application on the website to sending final data to the boarding platforms and equipment vendors.

The various geographies supported by VAPP are US Domestic , UK, Ireland, Netherland, Italy, APAC and Australia. Since VAPP is spread across different countries on different time zones, the background processes run 24x7 in order to process a submitted merchant application, until information is finally sent as file feeds to the corresponding Boarding Platform and Terminal Vendors.
