- Managed Rolodex, a CRM application that captures telephone/outlook and other kind of interaction of users with their contacts. It has different flavors and business rules for different business Unit. Managed a robust Functional testing team, an Environment Management team to manage the testing, performance and UAT environments, an automation team to run the automated regression plus a Performance team to run the performance for each major changes before deployment.
- Introduced automated sanity testing suite to validate every new build in QA environment - which would save 160 man hour every week.
- Innovated parallel testing environment - which would cut the production release cycle from 6 -7 weeks to 2 -3 weeks, cutting the wait time for production to half and increasing the overall productivity to 100%.
