  • Successfully led the eight suite implementation of Oracle R12 EBS, Siebel, Demantra, Hyperion, OBIEE, SOA, ASCP, and Agile for a California Medical Products Manufacturer for North America in a tight ten month window with teams in North America and India. First time an eight suite Implementation has been successfully completed in mid-market.
  • Managed the project to migrate a telecommunications manufacturer) from PeopleSoft 8.9 Financial & Minx (home grown) Supply Chain Data to Oracle 11 e-Business Suite. Collaborated with business to develop and execute a strategy to migrate and validate the data migration (financial \ supply chain), a successful cutover strategy as well as construct a data warehouse for the legacy PeopleSoft & Minx Inventory data for future reporting needs (Discoverer).
  • Managed $11M deployment of the Oracle R12 e-business suite including legacy data migration/conversion, upgrade of three financial modules from Oracle 11i to R12 and implementation of fifteen supply chain components for a Northern Ireland clinical drug provider.
