Responsibilities:

  • Manage a $150 million, Agile/Scrum transformation for Confidential Group’s Front Office Delivery Applications as Release Train Engineer/Program Manager; led efforts to transform the software delivery methodology for six major applications (products) and systems using Salesforce supporting Confidential Group’s sales and recruiting practices.
  • Oversaw staffing for the team of 100+ divided into seven cross - functional Agile/Scrum teams, assuring the teams is compliant with agile scrum framework/ADM
