Project Manager: Worked with a development team consisting of six members. Led the team as Project Manager for both of the software development lifecycles. • I am working with Boeing BSC Engineers to design and develop a web application suite of products to assist in the operation and manufacturing of the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner commercial airliner. This process is encapsulated by the Agile Development Methodology of which I served as the Scum Master, from discovery to final testing. Sprits were broken into three week iteration schedules including daily scrums. I am also responsible for the planning, analysis of information, organizing development teams, providing feasibility studies, risk analysis, group facilitation, and report publications for all below projects.
• Multiple Project Descriptions: Develop custom features based off of engineer's needs and put them into core applications retro fits . These web applications are intended to help manage build 787 systems. This involved working with the engineers and floor assembly personal directly. I provided PM documentation like a SOW, Functional Technical Specs, Test Scripts, and Project Plan. Methodologies included both Waterfall and Agile. This development cycle included a test and implementation phase into the test and production systems.
• Other major projects were an online Dashboard and Line of Balance applications. These utilize data inputted by Engineers and a new SQL Server Database to present real time metrics and charts. This information helps Executives, and Design/Liaison Engineers, examine and identify loss time and emergent process procedures in the manufacturing of the new 787 airplane.
• Projects on the manufacturing side, one of the main applications is an initiator application which helps final assembly, aft, and mid body team members communicate Emergent Processes and track completion dates which relates costs via financial functions and displays the results.
