We implemented almost all of the ECC Modules with the exception of HR and Project Systems. It was considered a tremendous success. My role in the Project was as the Arizona Chemical IT Lead for APO, Production Planning and Execution, Quality Management, Material Master and APO Demand Planning. I participated and contributed in all phases of the project from As-Is To-Be Process design, through Blueprinting, Realization and Implementation. I was also the lead for data migration and was involved in planning and strategy for data cleansing, conversion and uploads. All of this whilst still ensuring that my group could support existing systems.
