- The environment needed extensive custom modifications and application integration requiring heavy API development.
- Implemented M3 and WMI to three new acquisitions located in Seattle and NYC, the team consisted of functional and technical resources from both Infor and Manhattan. Project rollout was two phased with NYC initially and then Seattle.
- Led a project to evaluate Movex as a long-term global solution for Ralph Lauren. Worked with business users to define their current and future Fashion/Apparel business requirements that the current version of Movex Fashion where not supported. After business requirements were complete a team of business stakeholders and SME’s from Lawson was formed to evaluate the future direction of Movex Fashion as a global solution for RL. It was determined Movex was not the solution.
- Evaluation project identified a minimum 100+ M3 enhancements to support their current Supply Chain business. As Project Manager my team and the business user team designed, developed, tested trained and implemented the enhancements over a two-year period.
- Served as Program Manager on 8 additional rollouts of Movex to acquired companies. Project teams from the business, IT and acquired company were identified for the rollout, the rollouts averaged 6 months in duration.
- Project Manager on EDI upgrade project to transition to Lawson MEC EDI transformation solution.
- Project Manager on Lawson BI implementation as well as interfaces to corporate Data Warehouse.
- Served as Director in supporting RL North American Wholesales existing production environments handling roughly $3B in transactions. I was placed in charge of day to day management for the Infor M3 and Microsoft Dynamics ERP environments, Dynamics support was for the Canadian operations. Additionally, the environment consisted of various point solutions with the overall environment consisting of 100+ software applications. Environment needed extensive custom modifications and application integration requiring heavy API development. The production environment also included 100+ Windows Servers and was 7x24, 365 days a year. Managed both the functional and technical teams located in multiple locations around the world that supported the 1200+ users
- Led ERP evaluation project to select solution to support RL Canada, defined requirements with business stakeholders and reviewed potential solutions. Microsoft Dynamics was selected.
- Served as Project Manager for Ralph Lauren Canada on a Microsoft Dynamics AX and Manhattan’s pKMS implementation. Project involved developing over 30 interfaces to integrate into existing footprint. Managed teams in the US and Canada to heavily enhance Dynamics and then implement.
- Project support for Ralph Lauren Asia Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation. Project required that three separate instances of Dynamics be implemented to meet local country legal requirements. Project required local teams and corporate consulting support.
- Legacy System Team Lead in a two phased SAP implementation. Heavy involvement in the design & analysis phase as well as in the data conversion.
- Program Director on a Global Oracle ERP system, Oracle served as the core system but interfaced with multiple third-party applications to create a best of breed environment. The project crossed time zones with multiple sites in China and the US and had a project team numbering 100+.
