Help Desk Support
Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound/Outbound 810, 816, 820, 832, 850, 855, 856, 860, 940(3PL), 945(3PL), 943(3PL), & 944(3PL) via Gentran management & Lexicom communications for all major customers i.e. Macy s, Nordstrom s, Wal - Mart, Kohl s, & JC Penney s.
- Establish trouble tickets when new maps or updated maps are needed in accordance to customer requirements and or VIC s standards. EDI data/EDI raw data can be viewed or Segments can be disseminated via multiple EDI sources: EDI Notepad, Textpad, Notepad, & Notepad++.
- PM on Blue Cherry Infinity ERP successful Hybrid upgrade allowing us to work and transition from classic into Infinity a phase at a time.
- Manage and maintain software issues and manage trouble tickets. Create, schedule, and run all company reports and processes from all aspects/all report shells.Maintained Multiple Task Schedulers across multiple TS servers. BC UCC-128 internal Label builder.
- Use Bartender to build Retail Hangtags as well as UCC-128 labels to be output via Datamax and Monarch Printers.
- Use Foot Print Ticketing system for Help Desk trouble tickets or Change Management Tickets. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software and voice/data communication systems issues.
- More than 1000 client users over 5 locations. Manage Windows Active Directory & Exchange Mail. Handle every day hardware/software issues.
