Duties: Served as the Project Leader for many significant telecommunications projects - Digital Microwave Upgrade, Korea Optical Backbone replacement, Korea Optical Network and high speed multiplexer replacement, while maintaining project cost, schedule and performance requirements these three implementations replaced aged and unsupportable optical fiber, microwave radios and optical transport.
