- Mr. Johnson consulted with two, ISO 9000-3 certified, offshore software development centers one located in Hyderabad and the other in Vijayawada. - Mr. Johnson developed a China-wide IT Strategy for the Senior Management Team. He worked with the Managing Director of China Operations to develop Project Objectives, a timeline and a budget for selection of an ERP system. He selected a Core Team, developed a Project Plan Schedule and initiated the project. He led a Process Action Team PAT focused on Business Process Improvement BPI and evaluation of COTS ERP software for the entire China platform. He managed teams composed entirely of Chinese nationals. PeopleSoft Enterprise One formerly JD Edwards One World ERP system was selected.

- Mr. Johnson developed and managed a proof of concept implementation project that demonstrated Enterprise One could support the Commercial Print Industry. He developed processes and structures in the Sales Configurator, Item Master, Production Routings, and Bills of Material to support unique print industry requirements. He managed a team of PeopleSoft Solution Consultants, local support partner Solution Architect Applications Consultant , and customer SME's to achieve project goals.
