Summary
- As a Program Manager, risk management, resource and program planning have occupied my efforts for over 14 years. I have a broad background, which includes continuous process improvement and modeling BPM , acquisition program management and procurement activities with proven skills supervising cross-functional teams as well as collaborating with key executives to ensure high-quality project completion. These efforts included all phases of program acquisition requirements analysis though delivery of product. Analysis of operations and recommendations for key process improvements included managing complex concurrent projects and development of solutions to operational issues. Financial process improvement methods resulted in customer-streamlined activities, processes, and metrics while increasing accuracy based on data driven analytics. IT Software-hardware systems development is another area of experience. Risk management experience helped control operational costs.

This included Earned Value reporting as well as subcontract management and customer interface for program reviews.
