3. Coordinate Division Procurement Policy and Procedure Responsibility

  1. Strategic Procurement
    1. Maintain the Division SP Program in compliance with Group directives and initiatives.
    2. Conduct/direct negotiation of all Strategic Procurement Agreements and conduct periodic performance reviews.
    3. Conduct annual review of division spend by commodity and location
    4. Participate and/or assign responsibility to participate in corporate commodity councils where appropriate.
    5. Prepare and distribute monthly Strategic Procurement status and progress to the Division Staff and VP of Finance.
    6. Maintain the Supply Chain Team Improvement Board
    7. Provide training and implementation support to Suppliers and Location Sourcing Specialists
  2. Spend Management
    1. Monitor monthly spend performance and conduct annual review of Division Spend by commodity and location
    2. Review, approve and track all divisional price increases
    3. Manage the Vendor Database to including approval of all changes and/or additions.
  3. Procurement Policy and Procedure
    1. Maintain current documentation of Division procurement policies and procedures.
    2. Conduct an annual audit of policy and procedure compliance
    3. Train location Sourcing Specialists in Division Procurement policies and procedures.
  4. Supplier Qualification and Development
    1. Work with Division Quality Assurance Manager to define and document a supplier qualification and development program
    2. Work with Division Quality Assurance Manager to train location Sourcing Specialists in the supplier qualification and development program
    3. Monitor and report on the implementation of the supplier qualification and development program
