• Confidential is third largest Insurance carrier in Confidential. It offers various Health Insurance plans to its members. Many providers have tied with Humana for their service.
• Once a member get their service Provider/member will submit claims for processing, Claims will come to CAS system Through Electronic or paper. Based on the rules within the CAS system Claims will be processed. A claim can be paid, pended, or denied. If a claim has been paid check will be sent the member/provider. If claim has been pended, respective compliance letter will be sent member/provider by explaining reason for claim pending. If the member is not eligible respective claims will be denied.

Projects :

• Developed reports for Confidential members in Confidential. Used COBOL, Infopac, JCL, PROC.
• Enhanced the Medical History screen for additional Modifier. These are complex Blue Cross CICS programs. Used CICS, COBOL.

• Developed Auto match functionality project for payments reconciliation. This reduced 80 manual reconciliations helping business to automate the process. Used COBOL, IDMS .
