Responsibilities:
- Responsible of providing the estimation on the design, migration, testing and production support with zero SLA Slippage on the deliverables.
- Responsible for designing templates in xPression and Opentext Exstream. During template design phase, I work with client to get the requirement on each template outcome, unit testing the letters with various Business scenarios, highlighting the test cases by discussing with Business Analyst and documenting the captured test results.
