  • A Change manager/Project Manager for the Healthcare, Institutional and Government HIG/Libris division within Strategic Delivery Systems responsible for managing several projects for NYS Department of Taxation and Finance DTF , the NYC Department of Finance DOF and the IRS within the federal government.
  • Managed annual change projects, with annual budgets ranging from 2.5M to 5M, for New York State Department of Taxation and Finance NYS DTF Personal Income Tax and Corporation Tax programs which included updated forms and new legislative changes for each year listed 2009 - 2012. Implemented using a phased approach, where on time and within budget with no major issue report.

Shutdown NYS PIT Processing at the Kingston, NY saving the NYS Operations area over 10m a year in expenses. Eliminated several IRS processing sites, from 4 sites to 2 processing sites without effecting performance.
  • Managed an environmental upgrade, which had a 1.6M budget, for the IRS client along with the 2013 annual changes, which had a 1.1M budget. We upgraded from a 32-byte environment to a 64-byte environment. Both projects were implemented on time and within the estimated budget. We also implemented them without any major issues and ahead of schedule.
