• Manage testing execution and defect management of approximately 150 initiatives testing in a given Integrated release. Manage multiple Integrated releases in different stages of the Sig Sigma Waterfall Change lifecycle DMAIC .
• Interface with individual project managers, change managers managing multiple projects, senior executives representing different Lines of Business and release managers to decision status of all projects in the Integrated Release. Projects were allowed to continue or asked to exit the release based on the project status metrics created and the outcome of these meetings.

Note: Although during this period my main job description was Testing Manager, I soon realized that the testing organization had very little in the way of BI metrics, and therefore I could not manage by fact. I took the initiative to create a data warehouse and .NET application that soon became so important to the testing organization that I was recruited by several senior executives to move to my next role of BI Data Warehouse Manager.
