  • The first components to ship with the redesign were Computer Assisted Coding and Facility Coding products.

  • Founded the chapter, the Association’s first local chapter, in March 2001.
  • Created and ran the first three “Mini-UPA” conference.
  • This one day event began with 150+ attendees and consisted of multiple tracks of presentations, tutorials and workshops.
  • I was responsible for securing corporate sponsorships and soliciting speakers for the event.
  • This conference was revenue generating from its first year and has grown to currently draw a crowd of over 900 people from a broad geographic region.
