- Payroll to GL Redesign The Payroll Team at CR Bard was seeking a reimplementation of Payroll to GL Interface on PeopleSoft 9.1 with new chartfield configuration. The existing interface was heavily customised, non-scalable, inflexible and code heavy. Led the Redesign, discovered both financial systems, built business process maps related to their current account generation mechanisms. The new system was prototyped in PeopleSoft 9.1 Chartfields and combination code business process. The newly configured system is now being developed for certain customizations.
- Ben Admin Implementation and Open Enrollment Client has PeopleSoft 9.1 system on HR, Base Benefits and Payroll. I implemented Ben Admin module in USA/ CAN and Puerto Rico. The system rules were configured keeping in mind business policies and constraints. Business process maps and Workflows were built for all communication channels among Employees, HR folks and admins. Customization was kept to a minimum and after thorough testing and pilot, went live with Event maintenance for 4000 employee population followed by Open Enrolment preparation, planning, piloting scheduled to Go-live this year.
