This tools collects system performance data from AppManager based on server function, time of day, day of week, etc. This allows alert thresholds to be normalized to appropriate conditions per server and time.

Reviewed issues with the function of the DISANet Service Center including the Service Desk and Network Monitoring Center. There was a need to restore confidence in the function of the Service Center. Developed a plan of action to remedy customer concerns and create a service process that satisfies customer needs.

BRAC Project Lead

Identified risks to the BRAC movement plan as it originally existed. Developed server move plans that provided minimal downtime.
