European Service Center, DODDS-LAN/Facility Upgrade Surveys. Field Team Coordinator. DODDS and Baker established an aggressive schedule for field surveys, reports, reviews, and construction document deliveries for various schools throughout Europe. My assignment directed me t the German cities of Kaiserslautern, Mannheim, Heidelberg and Stuttgart.
