, Business Analyst/Project Manager
Roles, Responsibilities and Accomplishments included:
- Served as the Business Analyst/Project Manager as Enterprise Architect in the implementation of the SAP Financial and Supply Chain suite of applications. This role was in a large organization which also utilized PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Matrix One, Siebel and other in-house systems to meet their back-office software needs. This was a technical project manager role and the complexity centered around the number of software systems, the number of user groups within each software system, the necessary integration of third-party partners and the as-of-yet lack of a future vision for the overall internal and external solution. This role required communication with many executive level individuals, both internal and consultants, and numerous members of the worldwide project team needing guidance for preferred integration tools and overall strategy. My effort was to lead the team to agree on a standard tool for integration, in this case SAP, in order to grow a more standard in-house technical skillset for future development and support. In order to accomplish this task much effort was put towards gathering of both functional and technical requirements and the creation of technical plan, design and integration documentation.
