In addition, the Database provided a centralized deposit of information that could be updated and viewed in real time and accessed by multiple users simultaneously.
  • Developed and applied updated features to an Army Military Awards Branch Access Database to allow for quick reporting of case completions, locations, timetables, and priority, all of which was previously impossible due to the use of only hard files.

Research

  • Conducted weekly research on collective bargaining agreements to formulate stances for labor arbitrations, resulting in the quick conclusion of multiple arbitration sessions.
