- As a way to better manage employee time off requests a TOP Time Scheduler was created that allowed employees to input time off requests in a calendar view and the management team could then approve the request online. It also allowed employees to see who would be off on a given day
- Management needed a way to monitor time spent on various tasks. Out of this need I created a Time Tracker that would be quick and easy for the employee to use but provide management with the time information they needed to determine ROI.
- To quickly determine which circuits could be potentially groomed for a cost savings an Access Misroutes web report was created.
- There was a need for a sharing of documents that was also searchable and updatable. From this need the Document Repository was created to meet these needs.
- Routed circuits from DS3's to OC192's on the Qwest Nationwide Network.
- Updated an Access DB that is used to perform and track order audits for the provisioning organization
- Groomed circuits ranging from DS0's to OC12's to create cost savings for the company.
- Performed Data Integrity work and cleared equipment in the database that was not actually being used in the field. This resulted in greater than 5 Million cost avoidance savings.
- To improve employee value and knowledge I conducted training classes for Metasolv, Nortel Integrated Network Manager and HTML.
