Tasks: Project Manager on an effort to modernize the in-house subsidy management system. This Project involves the development of a web application based on three-tier Service Oriented Architecture SOA to replace two legacy systems. Part of the implementation included the installation and configuration of a rules engine IBM's Operational Decision Manager ODM formerly iLog , a massive Data Clean-up and Conversion ETL effort, Quality Assurance and Integration with Tivoli Federated Security. On this project the AGILE / Scrum framework is being adopted. My duties included Facilitating Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Schedule maintenance and Project documentation was done using Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server TFS as the tool of choice. TFS was also used for source control, continuous integration, build and release management. I customized a few features on TFS to meet the team's preferences.
