• Operations Management: I managed a large audiovisual production and postproduction center. I increased production by 500 percent within 2 years. I managed a 4 million annual budget. I managed a Support Division comprising of the audiovisual center, graphics branch, information management, mail services, forms, publications, document destruction and the freedom of information act release branches. I have deep functional specialization and expertise in operations management, sourcing, project management and project engineering design and management.
• Sourcing Management: I successfully project managed 4 audiovisual production services contracts. Evaluated contract bids and participated in the contract award process. I performed as the contracting officer's technical representative for audiovisual services. I wrote 3 audiovisual services performance work statements. I established an efficient equipment replacement system. We were successful in obtaining over 2 million annually to replace and upgrade equipment. Managed and engineered over 30 large audiovisual system design contracts. I specialized in commodity management. I managed a 30 million audiovisual production, postproduction and distribution contracts on time and under budget. My collaboration abilities to work within the established sourcing guidelines allowed me to reduce contract timelines and receive awarded contracts at least 6 months earlier than normal.

As a project engineer I engineered, designed and project managed 45 audiovisual systems, professional video, photographic, and graphics contract specifications for sourcing. I managed each contract throughout the procurement cycle to include final acceptance. I successfully project managed 3 services contract for audiovisual production services where I improved customer relations by increasing production through the use of new technologies and reducing costs. I project managed the renovation of the audiovisual production center that allowed for the transition from wet processing to and all electronic professional production capability. I designed 2 backup systems to minimize product loss. I established a continuity of operations plane to continue production during natural or manmade disaster.
