Dozens of reports gave statistics on everything minister would have to know. It also recorded family information concerning marital status and names and ages of kids as well as who was in Sunday school. - Developed and implemented an inventory tracking system that kept track of supplies, usage and on-hand quantity in Access 95. This system consisted of eight screens and five reports. It featured a structured inventory usage process that kept an audit trail history of transactions for each inventory item. In addition it contained an end of year physical inventory process that reconciled end of year inventory with quantity on hand.
