- Donato worked on a project that converted over 320 users in the ASC to Windows XP Professional on their workstations and using Microsoft 2000 Server along with Active Directory to support their groups and user rights.
- User Environment to a better platform that allows them to increase their productivity and enables the Support staff that is in place with better tools to handle the issues that arise.
- This transition required a lot of work and troubleshooting in order to make things go smoothly. For example a number of applications that were supported needed some special configuration to work correctly in the new Windows XP Professional environment.
