Risx-Facs is a Gallagher-owned claims management application for creating, maintaining and managing claims. The application also consists of features including Loss and damage detail maintenance, Notes and Diary maintenance, payment processing via Checks, EFT, statistical payments and field payments, etc and service provider information maintenance. This one-stop application provides the third-party administrators all they need to keep track of all the claims they handle for a claimants or clients. The Helpdesk AJG Risx-Facs International project deals with enhancing and maintaining the international version of the Risx-Facs application. The project is to implement the Service Providers example: hospitals, clinics, labs, doctors, etc information on the Risx-Facs International system. This will allow the payment officer to select the appropriate service provider from the system to make the payment. Due to a huge list of provider information being updated on the New South Wales system, currently the payment officer has to manually enter the details before he/she can make a payment. As per the new business requirement, the service provider information from NSW system will be automatically processed. Only receptionist role will have access to maintain this information on the Risx-Facs International system. This will help payment officer to make payments accurately and promptly with less effort. CPI LoanPath LP is the front end system in which applications are entered. In LP, an application is credit scored priced, and most types of application are booked into either the IMPACS or AFS back end. LP calls ICV to retrieve borrower and exposure information. LP calls Credit Bureaus and Moody's to retrieve credit information. This project manages/coordinate the End to End Testing efforts for the Credit Process Initiative. Strategy includes testing for Loan Path and all interfaces/feeds between Loan Path and other applications/systems. An Interface will be established between Loan Path Loan Origination System and AFS Loan Accounting System to systematically upload boarding data from LoanPath to Paralender, then subsequently to AFS Level III. The desired business process is to minimize duplication of effort in data entry and streamline the booking process. AFS Automated Financial Systems deals with commercial loans of various types.
