IT Project Manager
Continuing an existing international project to replace international Windows XP virtual machines with Windows 7, I analyzed data and utilized Scrum methodology with my team and then implemented new procedures to automate manual steps saving time and money. This gave the ability to eliminate the need for continued use of support coordinators by creating an instructional web based form for international business managers to complete. I gave details of what information was needed for the migration and how they can obtain it. This stream lined the process from over 10 day turn around to less than 5 including the creation and imaging of new VMs and the migration of data. Using Active Directory I create OUs for Virtual Desktops and set Group Policy in these OUs. I also create groups used for pooled brokering of these VMs.
