Engineers were deployed to numerous diverse locations in the continental United States and the Caribbean Islands.
  • Mr. Klein served as a consultant to System Engineering and Management Associates SEMA for system development and project management support to the Department of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint Operations Planning and Execution System JOPES Program Management Office PMO . Performed a business case analysis of various project management, cost estimation, and cost reporting software for the JOPES PMO. Managed the development of a worldwide shipping cargo container tracking system and an associated network for the SeaLand Corporation. This system is currently used to optimized corporate shipping operations.
