This Access system was a key element in defining the pricing values for products in the new consolidated database and enabled the required high volumes of data to be processed within the time constraints. Charged with support for the INC 5000 outreach process. Using this process, INC magazine attempts to find the top performing 5000 private companies in the US. The company had previously been using EXCEL spreadsheets to store the captured data and the data had become difficult to manage. While attempts had been made to move this data into a database, the result was unsatisfactory due to speed and multi-user and data-integrity issues. Rebuilt the database and imported all previous year's data into a new, relational, front-end / back-end database tool, improving speed and reliability.
