- Managed several highly visible Store and Corporate projects for the CIO and Director of Application Development in a matrix management environment.
- Project Life Cycle PLC /System Development Life Cycle SDLC established a System Development Life Cycle SDLC called PLC to be used by the Business and IT on all projects. Created, trained and rolled out this seven phase PLC. This included SOW, Business Analysis/Requirements, Technical Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Project Evaluation. All IT Projects whether large or small used this SDM.
- Perpetual Inventory PI managed and successfully implemented this large scale project from beginning to end to establish Stock-on-Hand SOH for the stores in the chain. The scope of this project included new Radio Frequency RF applications for the stores, Store Server Processes and Corporate Processes. The RF applications were written in Delphi and the Store Server and Corporate Processes were intranet WEB Applications written in Java using the Eclipse Development Environment. The seven phase PLC was used to administer the project and to help bring it in on time and under budget.
- Oracle Retail Implementation Project managed the Unit, Conversion, Integration and End-to-End Quality Assurance QA Testing effort of this large scale project from beginning to successful implementation. This project brought in a new Merchandising system to establish Auto-Replenishment for the chain. The systems tested included the following:
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System RMS
- Oracle Retail Price Management RPM
- Oracle Retail Invoice Matching ReIM
- Oracle Retail Data Warehouse RDW
- Oracle Retail Integration Bus RIB
- PCI Compliance successfully managed this credit card compliancy project. Worked with the Store Application and Corporate Infrastructure Teams to make the improvements necessary to the systems to become compliant in a timely manner.
