Responsibilities included the management of multiple remote and consolidated processing centers within a dynamic and competitive market place. Responsibilities included an overall operating budget of 32MM and a staff of 87. Consolidated data centers in North and South America into a centralized Infrastructure with standardized processes and automation.

  • Consolidated 5 major data centers in South America into the Hardware Center and Command Center Infrastructure with annual savings in excess of 16MM.
  • Consolidated 6 major data centers into a single infrastructure with all hardware in a state of the art hardware facility in Silver Springs, MD and a Command Center infrastructure in New Castle, DE. This project achieved annual savings in excess of 22MM at the overall IT Level.
  • Re-engineered the Data Center Infrastructure in Citibank, Brazil. Identified cost savings of 1.3MM, which included staff reduction of 13 full-time positions.
  • Designed and implemented an automation project for the DEC environment that saved 1.5MM, while increasing service delivery and operational throughput.
