- Confidential Hill Financial/ Confidential Hill Education NJ datacenter separation project - Managed data center migration for the entire business unit. Lead a team of dedicated project managers, SAs, architects, release managers, and various shared resources. Analyzed all applications and their dependencies to design and implement target architecture based on new network topology and DMZ design.
- Worked with multiple business units and multiple groups of consultants through all phases of datacenter migration involving separation of Confidential Hill Education applications and its environments to new data center. Migration involved coordinating core data center services build outs. Then coordinated with each business and application owners to plan and execute migration of application environments to new data center by migrating, physical servers, VMs, LDOMs, SAN and NAS, backup, monitoring, and other services. Analyzed and migrated high volume Coherence based application running on WebLogic with 600k concurrent users.
- In addition, I implemented Lean process across multiple business units to improve migration by training business segment PM leads.
- Built new DR infrastructure for ctb.com and single sign-on and created disaster recovery plan for critical applications.

- Managed Confidential Transaction Services (CTS) Information Management and Shared Services infrastructure supporting Treasury and Trade Solutions and Securities and Funds Services. I manage group of engineers and staff supporting Global Information Warehouse database (27+TB), Ab Initio, Business Objects, and Microstrategy STEs on AIX/Solaris platform. This environment processed more than 3 trillion dollars in transactions operating 24/7 to service global businesses.
- Managed data center migration from Maryland to OH and TX data centers. Systems migrated include all environments supporting Treasury Trade Services and Stock Fund Services. Managed all aspects of migration - plan and architect, build, validate (including performance), tuning, and cutover (including rollback). Extensive planning of testing of cutover and rollback strategies were done to ensure seamless migration.
- Planned and managed yearly DR test from Ohio to Texas data center. Entire CTS platforms had to be cutover including MQ, TIBCO, various methods of data feeds, and SAN SRDF splits including BCV splits for actual writes during the test.
- Using Lean method to constantly improve current operations and engineering processes. This resulted in improved reliability, reduce downtime, and shorten delivery time. Implemented several key improvements in multiple phases to seamlessly transition from existing process. In addition, as a member of Lean Coaches, I worked on Lean process improvement of our Service Delivery department, which resulted in >20% cost saving. Byproduct of the work was a new knowledge base system with SOPs and run books, consolidation of incident, change, and release management systems to ServiceNow.
