Agile Delivery: Lead and coach multiple Agile, Scrum, RUP, Extreme Programming teams, practice agile ceremonies, and create agile deliverables using Rally tool
Supplier Procurement and Integration: Issue RFP, evaluate proposals, negotiate solution/price, select vendor, onboard supplier, manage supplier deliverables and performance. Perform supplier integrator role.
Organization Change Management: A successful organizational change agent with proven ability to assess process and quality maturity, implement new/improved processes and quality systems using ISO, CMMI, and Six Sigma tools and techniques, and steer the organization to successful adoption of new concepts, tools and processes
Business Development: Perform new business development of up to 10M a year includes proposal development, deal reviews, client presentations, negotiations, and deals closure.
