• AXIS Capital completed the acquisition of Media Professional Insurance now AXIS-MPI in Kansas City, MO in mid 2007. AXIS MPI is a specialty markets insurance company specializing in E O, D O, media and film specialty lines insurance. AXIS-MPI required a new policy administration system PAS to replace the AS400 legacy system the Admin Server system was selected as the new PAS but required in-depth system enhancements to fit the property casualty arena primarily a life and annuity system and was implemented with a very limited product set.
• Worked between senior leadership at AXIS-PMO Alpharetta, GA and AXIS-MPI Kansas City, MO on scope management and on executing critical enhancement implementations within the Galaxy platform AdminServer PAS renamed for the P C version for AXIS - partnering with Admin Server Inc. Admin Server Inc. was acquired by Oracle mid year 2008 and required additional process and method changes in the project.
• Managed functionality enhancements required to commence new business for two primary business divisions within Media Professional Insurance.
