Project Manager/GIS Database Leader

• Promoted into roles of increasing program management complexity for a global consulting, engineering, and technical services organization. Broad scope of responsibilities involve leading matrix and functional teams, managing geospatial GIS and database disciplines, developing proposals, strategic planning, creating and executing project plans including work breakdown structures, risk mitigation plans and budgets.
