- Top IT Oversight role inArkansas' implementation of the politically charged Affordability Confidential. Arkansas had in two major responsibilities:1 Health Dental Insurance Plan Management and 2 Consumer Outreach and Assistance Management. Around 250,000 Arkansas were insured under the Confidential and the state achieved the highest reduction in uninsured rate in the county per Gallup study.
