• While my tenure as an employee was relatively short my working relationship with PSI spanned more than 20 years. PSI worked under contract to me for a federal grant project they worked as a subcontractor for me Lockheed IMS on the Colorado FSR project and I worked as a contractor for them for multiple projects. Director Project Manager Vice President, Business Development

• Initially worked for Service Design Associates SDA prior to acquisition by Tier Technologies in 1999. Later worked for Informatix when Tier sold division to them in 2008. I worked both as an employee and contractor.
• As a business developer monitored pipeline of state payment processing solution and BPO opportunities. Was responsible for positioning, solution architecture, proposal development, budget development, partnering, oral presentations and conference attendance.
• As a project manager and technical lead was primarily responsible for integration of technology into client and BPO operations. I performed analysis required to understand processing rules, system interfaces, banking models and other technology-related tasks inherent to transaction processing and customer service operations. I developed the VIPRS payment processing application and supported its customization and deployment in 17 different state operations. I led design and development effort for Tier's image-based payment processing application. Integrated third party hardware and software including imaging technologies, OCR/ICR, mail opening, MICR scanners, slip printers, and CAR/LAR engines. Developed highly advanced free-form OCR technology for processing unstructured forms. Developed sophisticated ACH and credit card processing systems for electronic child support payments.
