PMO Project Manager II

Client facing PM responsible for managing all network engineering activities and employees in the largest sub-market for AT T Mobility in Michigan/Indiana approximately 1600 facilities. Ultimately resulting in expansion of 3G and the launch of 4G LTE service in the State of Michigan and Indiana. Directly responsible for internal construction and site acquisition managers as well as their staff. Totaling seven direct reports and more than twenty indirect reports excluding outside vendors. Project lead on scheduling, supply chain, quality assurance, safety, vendor contracts, client-facing status reporting and budget with profit loss responsibility. Responsible for approving and rectifying all POs for any dollars spent in market as well as employee time cards. Was chosen amongst existing PMs to spearhead and run a close out tiger team responsible for finding and closing out unbilled dollars for the entire MI/IN turf. Resulting in a net gain in excess of 2mm

Project Manager: Site Acquisition

Primarily managing scope and vendors for the AT T Mobility / Centennial Wireless merger based out of AT T's office in Farmington Hills, MI. After the Centennial projects success, I was brought in with General Dynamics senior management to help build our office, staffing plans, schedule and initial models for our newly awarded AT T contract in DeWitt, NY. Hired by and reported directly to the General Dynamics Program VP. Worked directly with the Program VP to report weekly to AT T executive management. Directly responsible for around 800 sites with reporting duties for over 1500. Eventually leading to running the entire LTE site acquisition program in NY. Responsible for database maintenance in all company databases Siterra, CASPR, Oracle, Primavera. Working directly with our construction team to both supervise crews and jobs as well secure new vendors for GC and A E work. Responsible for creating and reviewing RFPs for additional services and ensuring they come in at cost. Reviewed all new AT T sites for all forms of regulatory compliance before they were full integrated into the AT T portfolio. Performed pre and post-con walks as well as punch lists as necessary. Gained extensive knowledge on Ericsson, Samsung and Alcatel Lucent 4G LTE equipment and installation.

Startup Consultant: Sales/Development

Recruited at company inception to help with growth and development of an ecommerce startup. Directly involved throughout the entire SDLC with design and development of the mobile application as well as the initial portal. Spurred sales growth and eventually the launch of the Boston, MA and Nashville, TN markets. QA, bug testing and design advice in both PHP and MySQL for the backend as well as the web app. Experience using targeted research to find new customers and grow the business. Experience with primary b2b sales, but also directly to customers. Spearheaded the advertising strategy to get our test markets launched.

Service Manager

As a medium sized outsourced IT department, we performed physical installations as well as managed and secured commercial networks. Responsible for maintaining the helpdesk for office networks of more than 100 computers, VOIP phones and printers maintaining 99 uptime SLAs. Familiar implementing ITIL change management respective to helpdesks and other managed services. Scoped and quoted jobs deploying computers, wired and wireless networks, phone systems, POS systems.
