Responsible for strategic planning and directing the management of the different enterprise Oracle projects across the authority using the HP PPM tool. Managed the program budget of approximately $10M annually and made recommendations on the program to the Chief Information Officer, providing short and long-term program strategy/roadmap recommendations.
