Program Manager

Responsible for strategic planning and directing the management of the different enterprise Oracle projects across the authority using the HP PPM tool. Managed the program budget of approximately $10M annually and made recommendations on the program to the Chief Information Officer, providing short and long-term program strategy/roadmap recommendations. Directed the overall work efforts of the project team to ensure that projects achieve the outcome specified by the technology working group, which consist of executives from all departments and technology; this involved establishing and reviewing program objectives, coordinating activities among the different projects, mitigating risk, if one project is delayed. Senior Project Manager

Responsible for project management for the deployment of the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Oracle applications (Financial, HR and Payroll) and a host of transit applications (Train Control, Trapeze Scheduling and FASuite, Teledriver, C-Cure and AVL).
